    The Gastown Grand Prix, a.k.a the Tour De Gas town, is a bicycle race in Vancouver’s oldest neighbourhood. Since 1973 the Gastown race has been won by many famous cyclists’ including; Lance Armstrong (1991), Gina Grain, and Alex Stieda. The race is 50 laps (60 km) around a tight cobblestone circuit for the men and 30 laps for the women.
